'FernBarrow' originated from a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Rossi family launched our modest pizza shop in 1985, enduring as a small, family-oriented venture with recipes passed down from ancestors.
Our pioneer, Marco Rossi, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, particularly from expert pizza chefs in Naples, the pizza's homeland. Upon returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, maintaining traditional techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Starting with a cozy 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished community staple, though our focus on authenticity and quality stays steadfast. We continue the practice of wood-fired ovens, fresh daily dough preparation, and procuring the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'FernBarrow' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, now managed by the family's second generation. As we adopt contemporary improvements, the essence of our business persists: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
